　　半个世纪前，翡翠一夜之间出现灵气，催生出异能者和异能家族，能感应翡翠灵气的孟家遭一夜灭门，幸存的少年孟琰（张洪鸣 饰）与神秘少女小朵相依为命。六年后，孟琰异能大成踏上复仇路，掀起了横贯两代超异能者的都市异能大战。

　　醉心舞蹈的李心盈(廖碧儿)一心投考香港舞蹈团，却在考试前在超市遇上哥哥李力强(黎耀祥)和同事程嘉俊(马浚伟)，盈不慎被俊的手推车绊倒，令盈在选拔试中失准，错失机会。盈决定接纳俊妈妈的邀请到小区舞蹈中心任教拉丁舞，为赴外国深造筹集学费。盈处处以心待人，有教无类，深受学员欢迎，因而获得机会到舞蹈坊任教，却惹起同是授舞的程嘉汶(陈法拉)的妒忌心，故意处处为难她。
　　另一方面，俊和强的老板突然安排太子女杨诗曼(徐子珊)回公司打理业务，曼为求提高员工士气，下令大肆改革，要求员工习舞锻炼体格，找来盈当导师，令本有舞蹈根底的俊重新领悟跳舞的真谛，令二人在舞蹈中培养了一段真挚及互信的感情，更决定双双参加国际大赛，可惜俊与强因公事起争议，令盈左右做人难，面临难以取舍的抉择…
